Insurance

 

I am insurance-friendly. This means that while I am not in-network with insurance companies, I will support you with obtaining any out-of-network benefits that you may have. If you choose, you may call your insurance provider and ask about your out-of-network benefits. If you have out-of-network benefits and would like to use them, you would pay my full fee upfront. I would then provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement they may offer you.

cancellations

I require 48-hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, you will be charged the full fee for that session. Additionally, if you are fifteen minutes late for a session without any notice or communication, you will be considered a no-show and charged the full fee.
